PARENTS/STUDENTS/STAFF: Need Tech Support for a District Owned Device?
If you need assistance with a Chromebook, or laptop, or other district device, we can accept either a phone call or email for immediate support during the hours of 7:30am - 4:30pm, Monday-Friday. The direct number to reach the technology help desk is 541-524-2278 and the email address is firstname.lastname@example.org Please keep in mind that we can only assist students and parents with district-owned devices at this time. If a device is determined to need physical repairs, it will need to be dropped off at the district office for repair during the hours mentioned previously. Please call the help desk prior to dropping off a device for repair to make an appointment for drop-off. This way we can first determine if a physical repair is needed, and second, provide any current/updated health-related guidance for visiting the district office.
