A Message From Baker Athletic Director Buell Gonzales, Jr.

Welcome to Baker High School, home of the BULLDOGS!  Whether you are new to Baker or a life long multi-generational resident, or anywhere in between, I would like to take this opportunity to encourage your participation in the many extracurricular activities we have here in the Baker School District. At Baker HS we take a lot of pride in the quality of our sports teams and the culture it takes to build and maintain quality experiences for out student-athletes. 

As a member of the OSAA, we currently compete in 22 different Varsity and sub-Varsity sports at the High School level.  From the playing field to the gym and everywhere in between, I believe students gain valuable, life-long experiences through involvement in activities that help shape them into motivated, responsible, and positive members of our community.

I encourage everyone to take part in as many extracurricular events as you can.  Whether it is as a player, coach, referee, or a fan these moments shared with classmates and community members will form memories that will last a lifetime. We have many different community groups and organizations that donate countless hours to the development of the great culture that serves our student-athletes. Our culture comes to life through the student-athletes we develop and we are very proud of ours!

I am looking forward to meeting all of you and would like to thank you in advance for your hard work and dedication to Baker High School.  It is these qualities that will ensure the success of our extracurricular activities.
