To opt-out of summative English language arts, mathematics, and/or science state test(s), the form at the link below must be completed by the parent/guardian/adult student.
Description of Rights:
Oregon law (ORS329.479) permits parents and adult students to annually opt-out of Oregon's statewide summative tests in English Language Arts and Math by submitting a form to the school the student attends. Schools will provide parents with the 2022-23 form at least 30 days prior to the state of testing.
